Kirti is a Seasoned Corporate Professional having worked across industry and educational domains for 25 years. Her work spans companies and business units at various stages of growth, including start-up, established, and turnaround settings.
Believing profitability requires strong revenue generation and cost controls, she has been instrumental in monitoring budgets and sales performance closely to identify areas for improvement. She is known for enhancing overall performance through technology upgrades, advanced employee training, and implementation of best practices.
In her academic stint, she played instrumental role in career counselling and guiding students to excel and achieve their dream careers understanding their emotions and aspirations.
She is a post graduate in international marketing, Masters in Neuro linguistic programming from Society of NLP USA (Dr. Richard Bandler), Certified Career Counsellor and Mentor from UCLA – USA
She is currently leading the Career Counselling Initiative for Connektitude Globally.
