Case 1

The client a product company is a born-agile platform company that transforms software delivery by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Deep Technology. It has re-imagined testing with their product. The platform aims at auto-coding that is self-learning and easy to maintain. The organization has grown from 10 employees to 100 employee strength and needed a complete HR function set up with industry leading policies, practices and a robust HR Framework for complete employee lifecycle.
Connektitude team met the CEO and post 3 sessions captured the Vision, Mission, Values and Behaviors aligned to the nature of the business. What followed was a structured session with Top Leadership Team, Middle Management and Front-line Teams. Connektitude came up a HR Framework integrated with Business vision and aligning the HR with clear outcomes. Connektitude created the Organization Design, HR Policies, Processes, Compensation benchmarking, Incentive framework, Performance Management and skill development, Innovation center of excellence, Hi-Pot Employee identification and engagement, Employee Experience Framework, Recruitment process with clear goals. HRMIS was formalized post validating various HRMIS tools available in market and finalized one for implementation for a greater employee touch points and outcomes.
The complete HR function was established to manage 100+ employees. The company is currently set up for faster growth rate and has a clear projection of achieving 350+ employees by March 2022. Human Resources Function is fully integrated to business outcomes. High Impact employee touch points has been designed and implemented for greater employee experience. The HR Goals have been cleared achieved and is visible in first half organisations results. We are partnering with a Retail Giant in Diamond and Jewelry Industry Segment. The organization is 20-year-old and was struggling with Culture Issues, New age Best Practices, Employee Behavior and Change Management. The CEO, a young next generation entrepreneur wants to change the way of working, initiate OD interventions, enhance company brand value to international market as per the needs of digital economy.
Connektitude initiated a complete Culture Audit, HR Audit, Employee feedback and Survey. Our Senior HR Leadership team met the CEO, Chairman and ED to understand their expectations. Post series of 3 leadership workshops, Connektitude came up with Framework for OD Interventions. These sessions were organized from teams across business operations center's locations from India. Connektitude reviewed and designed the company Vision, Mission, Values and Winning Behaviors were designed and clear outcomes was established in the workshop with Top Leadership teams, Middle Management and front-line employees& tied to KRAs of every employee. The Incentive structure was redesigned to factor the winning behaviors and actions. The 2 HR Managers were deployed by Connektitude in the company to drive the actions and outcomes. The governance model was put in place to review progress. Connektitude deployed 2 ICF certified coaches and NLP Practitioners to drive behavior change initiative among blue collar & white-collar staff. A customized training program was designed combined with individual coaching sessions to bring out the desired changes. These changes were tied to the KRA of every individual to assess progress and achieve results with development feedback and support.
Post 3 months of implementation of OD framework, the results were visible on the sales target achievement and revenue. The employee satisfaction score was recorded at 75% for (January to June-21). The CSAT score achieved was at 85% which in clear alignment with ESAT Score. This was 15% higher from previous 2 years scores. The employee feedback on HR was also at a high of 85%. There was a clear change visible in behavior of employees with leadership team engaging employees, meeting them during work and appreciating them on floor which was a change from the past. New employee retention increased by 90% with clear pre & post onboarding support and structured employee induction programs, leadership interaction.

A Pharma company based in Hyderabad with a manpower of 400+ employees has been growing fast and scaling up for global footprint. The company wanted to transform from a traditional structure and bring in new industry best practices and Org. design with new policies and processes to attract new talent across India and globally. The existing HR function was not able to scale and match the business expectations for growth and scale.
Connektitude conducted a detailed assessment of the organization and designed a new HR framework and strategy aligned to the business growth. We came out with clear HR framework and governance model for HR function. The organization structure was redesigned to meet the business growth demands, compensation benchmarking was done and a new compensation structure and employee hierarchy was designed to enable faster growth to employees.
The Recruitment function was revamped and aligned as per the Global Talent Acquisition strategy. Roles and competencies were reviewed as per product development and delivery and the performance management design and assessment was updated.
New human capability has been created with new HR framework. HR Purpose and alignment to business has been achieved.
